Diplomová práca sa zaoberá matematickým modelovaním prúdenia vody cez bezpečnostný objekt. Vysvetľuje princíp matematického modelovania a jeho zákony. Taktiež uvádza matematické modely, ktoré numerické modelovanie využíva. V diplomovej práci sú predstavené výsledky matematického modelovania na vodnom diele Koryčany a porovnanie týchto výsledkov s hydraulickými výpočtami a fyzikálnym modelom. This thesis deals with mathematical modelling of water flow through the safety object. It explains the principle of mathematical modelling and its laws. There is also present-ed the mathematical models used by numerical modelling. The results of mathemati-cal model Koryčany are included in this thesis compared with hydraulic calculations and physical model.
