BAKALÁŘSKÉ PRÁCE Jméno, příjmení: Nela Stará Vedoucí práce: MUDr. Jaroslava Kymplová, Ph.D., MBA Oponent práce: Název bakalářské práce: Fyzikální a fyzioterapeutické možnosti léčby jizev a keloidů Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi léčby jizev a keloidů pomocí fyzioterapeutických metod a fyzikální terapie. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit efekt zvolených terapií u vybraných pacientů s problematickou jizvou. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na problematiku jizvy, tedy její vznik a vývoj, který je důležitý pro její výslednou podobu. Dále jsou popsány jednotlivé metody, které může fyzioterapeut při práci s jizvou využít. Součástí jsou také metody fyzikální terapie, jež mohou být aplikovány fyzioterapeutem nebo lékařem. Praktická část obsahuje cíl práce, metody zpracování a průběh realizace. Dále obsahuje 4 kazuistiky pacientů různého věku s odlišnými diagnózami, jejichž pooperační jizvy se nacházejí v různých lokalitách. Efekt terapie je posuzován podle rozdílu ve výsledcích vstupního a výstupního vyšetření, která byla zaměřena na vyšetření jizvy a zjištění míry bolesti a případných omezení potenciálně ovlivněných či přímo způsobených jizvou. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate the effect of chosen therapies on chosen patients with problematic scars. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on origin and evolution of scars, both of which is crucial for its final shape. There is also description of the methods that a physiotherapist can use while treating the scar. Part of the thesis is also dedicated to a description of particular methods of physical therapy that can be applied by a physiotherapist or a doctor. Practical part of the thesis describes the objectives, processing methods and realization process. Then it contains five casuistries of patients of various age with different diagnoses and a post-operative scar which is placed in different locations.
