The topological-geometrical properties of the credal set operator used in Walley's theory of imprecise probabilities are studied. In particular, it is shown under which conditions the operator is continuous and affine. V práci jsou studovány topologické a geometrické vlastnosti kredálního operátoru. Pozornost je věnována zejména podmínkám zajišťujícím jeho afinitu a spojitost.
