Článek se zabývá specifiky ženských pamětí a deníkových záznamů, jejich úlohou při výzkumu životního stylu měšťanstva v 19. století a přínosem pro pochopení dějin každodennosti. The article deals with women´s memoires from the burgher´s environment. They helped to create an image of the lifestyl and are indisputably an important source for the everyday history research.
