Data z elektroencefalogramu (EEG) bývají často poškozena nežádoucími vlivy nejrůznějšího druhu, které mnohdy překážejí jejich rutinnímu zpracování. Tato práce navrhuje metodiku potlačování artefaktů, které trvají relativně krátkou dobu (1-5 s) a vyznačují se vyššími hodnotami signálu - jako např. oční nebo pohybové artefaktu. Identifikace artefaktů a rekonstrukce signálu se provádí pomocí metod nezávislých komponent, a to sekvenčně, po kratších časových úsecích. Metoda je prezentována na zpracování novorozeneckého EEG z 8 kanálového záznamu. Electroencephalogram (EEG) recordings are often corrupted by presence of unwanted artifact signals. This work is focused on removal of artifact that have a relatively short duration and a large amplitude - such as eye blinks, and patient movement artifacts. It presents a method of removal of these artifacts using methods of independent component analysis in short windows. The method is tested on neonatal (8 channel) EEG recordings. The recordings may have an arbitrary length.
