Diplomová práce zpracovává podnikatelský záměr založení Soukromé mateřské školy Lipka. První část se zabývá legislativními požadavky na provoz mateřské škola a popisuje již fungující školy se stejným vzdělávacím konceptem. Druhá část obsahuje popis podniku, analýzu trhu, popis realizace, finanční plán, SWOT analýzu a analýzu rizik. Master's thesis handles business plan establishing private nursery school Lipka. The first part deals with the legislative requirements for the operation of nursery schools and describes the existing school with the same educational concept. The second part includes a description of the company, market analysis, a description of the implementation, financing plan, SWOT analysis and risk analysis.
