Řidičské oprávnění může být adiktologickým pacientům odebráno na základě diagnostikování syndromu závislosti na návykových látkách nebo kvůli řízení motorového vozidla pod vlivem návykové látky. Řidiči jsou poté mnohdy odesíláni odborníky do adiktologické ambulance k vyšetření adiktologem. Aktuálně v tomto však neexistuje jednotný postup práce a role adiktologa je v daném procesu nejasná. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je popsat roli adiktologa v adiktologické ambulanci v procesu posouzení navrácení řidičského oprávnění po jeho předchozím odebrání u pacientů diagnostikovaných závislostí na návykových látkách. Data získaná formou polostrukturovaného interview s pracovníky 9 adiktologických ambulancí, které mají s danou problematikou praktickou zkušenost, byla fixována pomocí audiozáznamu a následně transkripcí přepisována do textové podoby. Analýza těchto dat byla provedena metodou vytváření trsů, propojování ve větší celky a uspořádání dat do skupin na základě jejich podobnosti. Dále byla využita metoda zachycení vzorců, metoda prostého výčtu popisující častost zkoumaných jevů a metoda kontrastů a srovnávání. Výsledky se dle jednotlivých adiktologických ambulancí výrazně liší a ukazují následující základní role adiktologa v adiktologické ambulanci: posouzení a popis aktuálního stavu pacienta,... Driving license can be taken from addictological patients by diagnosing substance abuse syndrome or driving a motor vehicle under the influence of an addictive substance. After that, drivers are often sent by specialists to the outpatient addictolocial care for examination by an addictologist. However, there is currently no uniform workflow and the role of addictologist is unclear in this process. The main aim of this thesis is to describe the role of addictologist in outpatient addictolgical care in the process of assessment of the return of driving license after its previous removal in patients diagnosed with substance abuse syndrome. Data obtained by semi-structured interview with staff of 9 outpatient addictological cares, which have practical experience with the given issue, was fixed by audio recording and then transcribed into text form. Analysis of this data was done by the method of creating clusters, linking them to larger units, and organizing data into groups based on their similarity. Furthermore, the method of pattern capture, the simple enumeration method describing the frequency of the examined phenomena and the method of contrasts and comparison were used.
