Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá implementací nejrozšířenějších moderních komunikačních rozhraní USB/LAN/WIFI pro ovládání inkubátoru přímo počítačem a také přes webové rozhraní. V semestrální práci je popsáno celkové řešení řízení inkubátoru za pomocí mikrokontroléru ATmega8 s možností výměny komunikačních rozhraní. Pro převodník USB byl použit obvod FT232 BM firmy FTDI, od firmy LANTRONIX pro převodník Ethernet byl použit převodník XPORT a nakonec pro komunikaci WIFI byl zvolen obvod ESP 8266 This bachelor thesis goes into implementing the most modern communication interfaces USB/LAN/WIFI to control the computer itself and also the incubator via a Web interface. The term describes the overall solution to the management of the incubator for using microcontroller ATmega8 with the possibility of the exchange of communication interfaces. For the USB converter was used the circuit FTDI FT232 BM company, from LANTRONIX Ethernet was used for Converter converter XPORT and eventually to communicate the WIFI was elected circuit ESP 8266
