Cílem práce je identifikovat nové technologie aktuálně využívané v maloobchodě a zhodnotit postoje tuzemských zákazníků k těmto technologiím. Na základě zjištěných poznatků poté zpracovat doporučení týkající se využívání těchto technologií v České republice. Diplomová práce se blíže zabývá jednotlivými informačními technologiemi, které jsou využívány na území České republiky a v zahraničí, ale také těmi, které jsou teprve vyvíjeny. Za pomoci výzkumu je na téma technologií v obchodě nahlédnuto z pohledu zákazníků. The aim of the thesis is to identify new technologies currently used in retail and to evaluate the attitudes of domestic customers to these technologies. Then, based on the findings, devise recommendations on the use of these new information technologies. The diploma thesis deals with individual information technologies which are used in the Czech Republic and abroad, but also with those that are still being developed. With the help of research, the topic of retail technology is viewed from the perspective of customers.
