Diplomová práce je změřena na bilanci České republiky vůči rozpočtu Evropské unie. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnocení vztahu bilance České republiky a rozpočtu Evropské unie, posouzení vývoje čisté pozice České republiky a rovněž zhodnocení čerpání dotací Českou republikou. První část práce je zaměřena na definici základních pojmů, které s touto problematikou souvisí. V metodice jsou obsaženy metody a postupy, které jsou následně použité v praktické části práce. V praktické části práce zaměřená na stanovení predikce vývoje čisté pozice České republiky v následujícím programovém období v letech 2021-2027. S využitím řetězových indexů a průměrného tempa růstu byla tato predikce vyčíslena a tyto výsledky byly následně porovnány s dosavadním vývojem plateb do rozpočtu a příjmů z rozpočtu EU. Ve druhé části praktické části byla provedena analýza čerpání dotací v aktuálním programovém období a pomocí predikce bylo stanoveno přibližné procento celkového čerpání na konci tohoto období. The bachelor thesis is oriented on the balance of the Czech Republic in relation to the budget of the European Union. The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate the relationship between the Czech Republic's net position and the European Union budget, to assess the development of the Czech Republic's net position and to assess the use of subsidies by the Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis is focused on the definition of basic terms related to this issue. The methodology includes methods and procedures that are used in the practical part of the thesis. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the prediction of the development of the net position of the Czech Republic in the next programming period 2021-2027. Using the chain indexes and the average rate of growth, this prediction was quantified. In second part of the practical part, an analysis of the drawing of subsidies in the current programming period was carried out and the prediction determined the approximate percentage of total drawing at the end of this period. In the second part of the practical part, an analysis of the drawing of subsidies in the current programming period was carried out. Using the predict, the approximate percentage of total drawing was determined.
