Disertační práce je zaměřena na hospodaření podniků v oblasti zdravotně orientovaného cestovního ruchu. Hospodaření podniků je v ní pojato v širokém významovém kontextu, nejen jako již tradičně z hlediska finančních ukazatelů, ale i z pohledu strategického řízení podniků, a to v souvislosti s manažerskými kompetencemi. Cílem práce je posoudit hospodaření podniků v oblasti infrastruktury zdravotně orientovaného cestovního ruchu a navrhnout metody a postupy použitelné pro rozvoj zdravotnictví jako celku bez nutnosti navyšování zdrojů financování a navržení možného modelu pro udržitelné fungování podniků působících v oblasti zdravotně orientovaného cestovního ruchu. The dissertation thesis is focused on the management of companies in the field of health-oriented tourism. Business management is conceived in a broad context, not only as traditionally in terms of financial indicators, but also in terms of strategic management of companies, in connection with management competencies. The aim of this work is to assess the economy of companies in the field of health-oriented tourism infrastructure and to propose methods and procedures applicable to the development of health care as a whole without the need to increase funding sources and propose a possible model for sustainable functioning of health-tourism businesses.
