Cílem této práce je zjistit druhové spektrum kvasinek z kultivace výtěru rekta u hematoonkologických pacientů z Fakultní nemocnice v Hradci Králové a porovnání s výsledky kultivace z dýchacích cest. V roce 2017 byly prováděny výtěry z rekta pacientů s hematologickými malignitami a jejich následná kultivace na Sabouraudův agar. Stejným postupem byla provedena kultivace vzorků z dýchacích cest. Výsledky z obou kultivací byly zaznamenány do laboratorního informačního systému a zpracovány v MS Excel. Do této práce bylo zahrnuto 311 pacientů, kde 147 mělo pozitivní nálezy v kultivaci z rekta a u 120 pacientů byla provedena kultivace z dýchacích cest. Mezi izolovanými kvasinkami v rektu převládala C. albicans (42 %), což odpovídá světově publikovaným výsledkům. Dalšími izolovanými kvasinkami byla C. glabrata (22 %) a Saccharomyces cerevisiae (10 %). V porovnání s výsledky z dýchacích cest mělo 28 % pacientů shodné nálezy, 22 % mělo shodnou alespoň jednu stejnou kvasinku a 14 % pacientů mělo obě kultivace pozitivní, ale s rozdílnými nálezy. 36 % pacientů mělo nález v dýchacích cestách negativní. Nejčastěji izolovaná kvasinka u hematoonkologických pacientů je stejná jako celosvětově udávaná data. Ostatní druhové spektrum se liší v závislosti na zemi, kde byla studie prováděna. The aim of this work is to find out the species spectrum of yeast culture from rectal swab specimens in hematooncological patients from the University Hospital in Hradec Králové and to compare it with the results from the respiratory tract. In 2017, rectal swabs from patients with haematological malignancies and their subsequent cultivation on Sabouraud agar were performed. The same procedure was used to cultivate the respiratory tract samples. Results from both cultures were recorded in the laboratory information system and processed in MS Excel. 311 patients were included in this study, where 147 had positive findings in rectal cultivation and 120 patients were cultured from the respiratory tract. Among isolated yeasts in rectum was C. albicans (42 %), which is consistent with world-wide published results. Other isolated yeasts were C. glabrata (22 %) and Saccharomyces cerevisiae (10 %). Compared to respiratory tract results, 28 % of patients had identical findings, 22 % had at least one of the same yeast and 14 % had both positive but different findings. 36 % of patients had negative airway findings.
