Paper deals with properties of the in-flight state powder particles subjected to spraying via water stabilized plasma torch. Properties such as chemical and phase composition and characterization of the microstructure are described. Severe evaporation of Al is observed. Práce se zabývá vlastnostmi částic ve stavu bezprostředně po průchodu plasmovým plamenem typu WSP. Prášek je charakterizován z hlediska chemického a fázového složení. Dále je rozebrána mikrostruktura částic. V částicích je pozorován velký úbytek hliníku.
