Tato bakalářská práce řeší návrh a vypracování projektové dokumentace bytového domu. Objekt se nachází v obci Křoví na parcele číslo 756/50. Objekt je čtyřpodlažní, podsklepený. Nachází se v něm sedm bytových jednotek a jeden prostor k pronájmu. V suterénu se nachází společné prostory a sklepní kóje pro každý byt. Konstrukční systém bytového domu je řešený z keramických tvárnic Porotherm 30 Profi a stropní konstrukce je z nosníků a vložek Porotherm. Svislé nosné konstrukce v suterénu objektu jsou tvořené ze ztraceného bednění. Objekt je zateplený kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. Střešní konstrukce je plochá střecha s klasickým pořadím vrstev. This bachelor´s thesis deals with design and elaboration of project dokumentation of apartment building. The building is located in a village called Křoví on plot No. 756/50. The apartment building have four above-ground floor and one place for a rent. In the basement there are situated social spaces and cellars for each flat. The structural system of building is designed from clay block Porotherm 30 Profi and the floor structure is designed from prefabricated rib-and-filler floor Porotherm. Vertical load-bearing structure on the basement is designed from permanent formwork. The building is insulated witr contact thermal insulation. The roof construction is designed as a warm flat roof.
