Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem bytového domu s názvem Rezidence Sofie v Luhačovicích (okres Zlín). Jedná se o pěti podlažní objekt umístěný v centru města na rovinném terénu. Objekt tvoří jedno podzemní a čtyři nadzemní podlaží. Celkem se zde nachází 8 bytových jednotek, komerční prostory a 6 garáží. V podzemním podlaží je zázemí pro technické vybavení objektu a skladování. Přízemí je tvořeno převážně garážemi a komerčními prostory. V druhém podlaží se nachází 4 bytové jednotky a ve třetím a čtvrtém 2 bytové jednotky. Objekt je navržen z v podélném konstrukčním systému z keramických dutinových tvárnic. Stropy jsou monolitické železobetonové a střecha je dvou-pultová z dřevěných sbíjených příhradových vazníků. Práce obsahuje projektovou dokumentaci pro provádění stavby. This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the apartment house called Residence Sofie in Luhačovice (district Zlín). It is a five-storey building located in the center of the city on a planar terrain. The building consists of one underground and four above ground floors. In total there are 8 dwelling units, commercial premises and 6 garages. In the underground floor there is facilities for technical equipment of the building and storage. The ground floor consists mainly of garages and commercial premises. On the second floor there are 4 dwelling units and in the third and fourth 2 dwelling units. The object is designed from the longitudinal structural system of ceramic hollow blocks. The ceilings are část-in-place reinforced concrete and the roof is two-shed make of wooden trusses. The thesis contains design documentation for the implementation of the building.
