Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem samostatně stojícího bytového domu v Boskovicích. Objekt bytového domu je osazen v mírně svažitém terénu, má jedno podzemní a tři nadzemní podlaží. V objektu se nachází šest krytých garážových stání a devět bytových jednotek. V každém podlaží se nachází tři bytové jednotky různého dispozičního řešení. Objekt je navržen z konstrukčního systému z keramických tvarovek, podzemní podlaží a část základové konstrukce ze ztraceného bedněné. Stropy jsou monolitické železobetonové a střecha je plochá, jednoplášťová. Práce obsahuje projektovou dokumentaci pro provádění stavby.
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a detached apartment building in Boskovice. The object of the apartment building is set in a slightly sloping terrain, has one basement and three above-ground floors. There are six covered parking spaces and nine residential units. On each floor there are three residential units of different layout. The building is designed from a structural system of ceramic fittings, basement and part of the foundation structure are from lost formwork. The ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete, the roof is designed as a warm flat roof. The work includes project documentation for the construction.
