Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na stavebně technologický projekt hrubé vrchní stavby bytového domu v obci Šumice. Jedná se o třípodlažní zděnou budovu s monolitickými stropními konstrukcemi. Budova je zastřešena pultovou střechou s dřevěnou konstrukcí. Práce se zabývá technickou zprávou, širšími vztahy dopravních tras, výkazem výměr, technologickými postupy výstavby, technickou zprávou zařízení staveniště, časovým plánem výstavby, návrhem strojní sestavy, kontrolním a zkušebním plánem, bezpečností práce a srovnáním různých materiálů obvodového pláště. This bachelor thesis is focused on the construction technology project of the gross upper superstructure of an apartment building in the village Šumice. It is a three-storey brick building with monolithic ceiling structures. The building is roofed with a shed roof with wooden construction. The thesis contains a technical report, broader transport routes, bill of quantities, technological procedures of construction, construction schedule technical report of construction site equipment, design of machine assembly, control and test plan, safety of work, and and comparinson of different materials of the cladding.
