Předmětem této bakalářské práce je popsání průběhu organizace konkrétní zakázky ve stavebním podniku. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na popis základních pojmů a problematiku projektového řízení. Praktická část se zabývá aplikací projektového řízení na konkrétní stavební zakázce. Touto stavební zakázkou je novostavba Sportovní hala – Sokolovna Svinov, která je realizována v průběhu let 2018 až 2020 v městské části Ostrava–Svinov. The subject of this bachelor thesis is to get acquainted with the organization of a particular order in a construction company. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the description of basic concepts and issues of project management. The practical part deals with the application of project management on a specific building contract. Subject of this building contract is Sports Hall – Sokolovna Svinov, a new building, which is realized in the years 2018-2020 in the city district Ostrava-Svinov.
