Diplomová práce je zaměřena na obrábění těžkoobrobitelných materiálů. V teoretické části jsou výše zmíněné materiály rozděleny a charakterizovány. Dále se práce specifikuje na kalené oceli a jejich tepelné zpracování, obrobitelnost a mechanizmus opotřebení a vzniku třísky. Jsou zde uvedeny nástrojové materiály a jejich třídy vhodné pro obrábění kalených ocelí. Praktická část se zabývá vlivem řezných podmínek na drsnost obrobeného povrchu při soustružení kalené oceli. The thesis is focused on machining of hard-to-machine materials. In the theoretical part hard-to-machine materials are divided and characterized. Furthermore, the thesis specifies hardened steels and their heat treatment, machinability and mechanism of wear and chip formation. There are tool materials and their classes suitable for machining hardened steels. The practical part deals with the influence of the cutting conditions on the roughness of the machined surface when turning hardened steel.
