Vytvoření teoretického modelu spočívá ve spojení tří vědeckých disciplín - management organizace, řízení lidských zdrojů a psychologii a sociologii řízení, jejichž podrobným zkoumáním vzniklé dílčí složky modelu.Všeobecně lze vytvořený model charakterizovat, jako mechanizmus ustálení přirozené rovnováhy pracovních aktivit mezi organizací a jejími lidí (jedinci a pracovními skupinami. Creation of a theoretical model rests upon connection of three scientific areas -- management of organization, management of human resources and psychology and sociology of management. Detailed study of these areas lead to creation of different parts of this model. Generally, model can be characterized as a mechanism of accomplishing a state of equilibrium between working activities of organization and its employees (both individuals and working teams).
