Práce se zabývá biodegradabilními kostními implantáty, u kterých je kladen velký důraz nejen na dobré mechanické vlastnosti, ale také dostatečnou biokompatibilitu. V práci je rešerše literatury z oblasti fyziologie kosti, biogenních materiálů a implantátů pro lidské tělo. Práce je zaměřena na výběr vhodných materiálů pro tvorbu biogenních implantátů, které by disponovaly ideálními vlastnostmi. Je také popsána příprava jednotlivých směsí práškového železa a nanesení na vybrané nosné materiály. Vybrané vzorky byly podrobeny diferenční termické analýze, díky které lze optimalizovat proces slinování železa. The thesis deals with biodegradable bone implants which must have good mechanical properties and also good compatibility with the human body. The thesis contains literary research in the area of bone physiology, biogenic materials and implants for the human body. The thesis focues on the selection of suitable materials for biogenic implants. It is also described the preparation of iron powder mixtures and application onto selected materials. The selected samples were subjected to thermal analysis.
