Práce se zabývá rozborem problematiky těsnicích elementů motorů typu Wankel a jejich samotného návrhu. Jsou popsány nutné kroky k vytvoření modelu dynamiky radiálních těsnicích lišt, pomocí kterého jsou poté získány výsledná silová zatížení. Dále je uveden návrh konstrukce přítlačné pružiny radiálního těsnění, volba materiálu a výrobní přípravky pro výrobu samotné pružiny. Hotové komponenty jsou testovány na motorové brzdě a výsledky zhodnoceny. The master’s thesis deals with analysis of sealing elements of Wankel engines and their design. The necessary steps for creation of the model of dynamics of apex seal are provided, whereby the resulting force loads are then obtained. Furthermore, the design of the apex seal spring, the choice of the material and the production jigs for the production of the spring itself are presented. The finished components are tested in the engine testing laboratory and the results evaluated.
