Výsledkem praktické části je vytvoření procedury kalibrace vysokoohmové odporové dekády a výstupní protokol generovaný programem Caliber pojednávající o správné funkčnosti dekády kalibrátoru 9010.
This bachelor thesis deals with automatic calibration of high-voltage resistence decade of calibrator 9010. The theoretical part deals with multifunctional calibrator 9010 developed by Meatest company, mainly with its high-voltage resistance decade. The other part of this work deals with Caliber. This is program for calibration of instruments. List of methods for determination of resistance decade and equations for device errors and uncertainty of measurement is included. The procedure of calibration high-voltage resistance decade is the result of the practical part. Output protocol from Caliber points to functionality of decade calibrator 9010.
