Tato semestrální práce se zabývá různými možnostmi registrace medicínských obrazů. Na začátku jsou uvedeny základní vlastnosti DKI dat. V dalších kapitolách je zaměřena na metody, které odstraňují pohybové artefakty a geometrické nepřesnosti. Těmito metodami jsou převzorkování, vyhlazování transformace a optimalizace. V práci je dále popsán software provádějící samotnou registraci. Na konci se věnuje metodami srovnávající úspěšnost registrací. This semestral thesis deals with several options of medical images registration. Basic properties of DKI data are presented in the begining. In the following chapters it is focused on methods, which are removing motion distortion and geometrical inaccuracies. These methods are oversampling, transformation smoothing and optimalization. Software doing registration itself is also covered in this thesis. Methods of comparing registration success rates are described in the end.
