Multiple step tests in strain control have been performed on cylindrical specimens of cast polycrystalline Inconel 738LC superalloy at 23, 500 and 800°C to study the effect of temperature on the internal and effective cyclic stress components. Cyclic stress-strain response is compared at all temperatures and discussed in relation to changes on internal and effective stress components and microstructural parameters of superalloy. Byly provedeny únavové zkoušky se stupňující amplitudou deformace na válcových vzorcích z polykrystalické superslitiny Inconel 738LC při teploty 23, 500 a 800°C, za účelem studia vlivu teploty na složky cyklického interního a efektivního napětí. Při všech teplotách byla cyklická napěťově-deformační odezva porovnána a diskutována v relaci ke změnám interních a efektivních složek napětí a mikrostruktuře superslitiny.
