3D biotisk je perspektivní metoda tkáňového inženýrství, schopná vytvářet tkáňové struktury s fyziologickou funkcí a prostorovým uspořádáním. Tato práce se zabývá využitím této metody pro tisk termolabilních hydrogelů. Hlavním cílem práce je rozšíření tiskové hlavy pro 3D tisk termolabilních hydrogelů. Teoretická část se věnuje popisu 3D biotisku, zejména pak důležitým vlastnostem které musí každý materiál splňovat aby byl tisku schopný, dále je zde uvedená rešerše používaných hydrogelů v biotisku, se zaměřením na termolabilní, tiskových modalit, možností chlazení tiskové hlavy a popis návrhu ideálního vybavení pro tisk termolabilních hydrogelů. Praktická část se věnuje návrhu a realizaci tiskové hlavy pro 3D tisk termolabilních hydrogelů, v poslední části jsou vyhodnoceny a diskutovány dosažené výsledky. 3D bioprinting is a perspective method of tissue engineering, capable of creating tissue structures with physiological function and spatial arrangement. The thesis deals with the use of this method for printing thermolabile hydrogels. The main goal of the thesis is to extend the print head for 3D printing of thermolabile hydrogels. The theoretical part is devoted to the description of 3D bioprinting, especially the important properties that each material must meet to be able to print, there is also a review of used hydrogels in bioprinting, focusing on thermolabile, print modalities, the possibility of cooling the printhead and a description of the ideal equipment for printing of thermolabile hydrogels. The practical part deals with the design and realization of the print head for 3D printing of thermolabile hydrogels, in the last part the achieved results are evaluated and discussed.
