Článek se zaměřuje na novinky, které přináší nově přijatá směrnice o spotřebitelských úvěrech. Jako zásadní změna z pohledu spotřebitele se jeví asistenční povinnost věřitele, rozsáhlá informační povinnost, povinnost posuzovat úvěruschopnost a oprávnění spotřebitele odstoupit od smlouvy. The article concentrates on the news brought by the currently adopted consumer credit directive. From the consumer´s point of view, the fundamental change has proved to be creditor´s duty of assistance, duty to inform, duty to assess creditworthiness and consumer´s right to withdraw from a contract.
