Diplomová práce se zabývá testováním elektronických řídicích jednotek, a to jednak funkčními testy, při kterých je ověřován hardware a software, a jednak testovacími metodami Model in the Loop, Software in the Loop, Processor in the Loop a Hardware in the Loop. V rámci praktické části byl vytvořen testovací přípravek pro testování funkčnosti dané řídicí jednotky. Přípravek je připojen k PC pomocí vstupně výstupní karty, testování je řízeno a vyhodnocováno skriptem v MATLABu. Celý proces testování je automatizován od počátečního nahrání testovacího firmware do testované jednotky, přes průběh celého testu až po nahrání bootloaderu. Dále byl vytvořen Hardware in the Loop test, při kterém řídicí jednotka plní roli regulátoru a DC motor je simulován v reálném čase na PC v prostředí MATLAB. This diploma thesis is focused on testing of Electronic Control Units, especially functional testing in which hardware and software is verified and also Model in the Loop, Software in the Loop, Processor in the Loop and Hardware in the Loop testing methods. Within practical part of this thesis testing stand for functional test of the ECU was developed and manufactured. It is connected to PC via Input/Output card, testing is controlled by MATLAB script. Whole process of testing is automated from initial upload of testing firmware to tested ECU over all phases of test up to bootloader flashing. Hardware in the Loop test was also created, in which ECU works as controller and DC motor is simulated in real time with PC in MATLAB environment.
