Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou "Lanové a lezecké techniky vpráci složek Integrovaného záchranného systému České republiky". Práce se skládá z teoretické a výzkumné části. Teoretická část obsahuje kapitoly zabývající se složkami Integrovaného záchranného systému České republiky a jejich rozdělením na primární asekundární složky. Dále popisuje osobní vybavení lezce, prostředky k záchraně pacienta, uzlování při práci ve výškácha nad volnou hloubkou a lezecké techniky obecně. Výzkumná část byla realizována formou kvalitativního výzkumu. Bakalářská práce se soustředí na zmapování problematiky záchrany prostřednictvím lanových a lezeckých technik napříč složkami Integrovaného záchranného systému. Konkrétně se zabývá vybaveností prostředky k záchraně pomocí lanových a lezeckých technik vrámci jednotlivých složek, dále pak dovednostmi příslušníků lezeckých jednotek, jejich výcvikem a požadavky, které tito lezci musí splnit, aby mohli zastávat své funkce. Sběr dat probíhal formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, které byly realizovány se zdravotnickými záchranářiu Letecké záchranné služby, policisty ze Zásahové jednotky krajských ředitelství Středočeského a Jihočeského kraje a Lezci Hasičských záchranných sborů Středočeského a Jihočeského kraje. Výzkumný soubor se skládá z 5 respondentů, jejichž výběr byl závislý na jejich zkušenostech. Výzkum byl realizován během měsíců června a červenceroku 2019. S ohledem na přednemocniční neodkladnou péči je tato práce přínosná přiblížením problematiky záchranných a evakuačních prací ve špatně přístupných lokalitách. The topic of this bachelor thesis is Rope and Climbing Techniques in the Work of the Integrated Rescue System Units of the Czech Republic . The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains units dealing with individual units of the Integrated Rescue System of the Czech Republic and their division into primary and secondary components. Further, it describes the climber s personal equipment, means used to save a patient´s life, knotting techniques used for the purposes of rescue at height and free depth, and climbing techniques in general. The practical partwas implemented via a qualitative research. The bachelor thesis focuses on mapping out the isuue of rescue using rope and climbing techniques throughout the units ofthe Integrated Rescue System. Specifically, it deals with rescue equipment using rope andclimbing techniques within individual units, the skills of climber-unit members, their training and requirements that need to be fulfilled by these climbers so that they can mantain their function. Data was collected via semi-structured interviews with paramedics at Air Ambulance, policemen at theSpecial Reaction Unit of the Regional Police Directorate for the regions of Central and South Bohemia, and with Climbers working for the Fire Rescue Service in the regions of Central and South Bohemia. The research file consisted of 5 respondents the choice of which was dependent on their experience. The research was carried out during June and July 2019. With regard topre-hospital emergency care, this thesis is beneficial thanks to the way it approaches the issue of rescue and evacuation work in poorly accessible locations.
