[cze][eng] Dobrovolnictví se již od starověku stále vyvíjí. V současné době, kdy byly založeny různé spolky, organizace a centra, které zprostředkovávají dobrovolnickou činnost, je velmi jednoduché zapojit se jako dobrovolník ve všech směrech společenského života. Naopak motivovat lidi k dobrovolnictví je čím dál těžší. V boji o dobrovolníky tak vzniká obrovská konkurence. Tato situace je pravděpodobně způsobena tím, že většina lidí si neumí představit, že by vykonávala nějakou práci nezištně. Často se však lidé ospravedlňují nedostatkem volného času nebo jednoduše takovou činnost vykonávat nechtějí. Tito lidé si však neuvědomují, že kdyby takto přistupoval k dobrovolnictví každý, na světě by nefungovala soudržnost lidí. Dobrovolník poskytuje nezištně svou pomocnou ruku ve svém volném čase někomu, kdo ji potřebuje. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, v jaké míře je rozšířena dobrovolnická činnost v oblasti sociální práce mezi studenty Zdravotně sociální fakulty. K této bakalářské práci byl použit kvantitativní typ výzkumu s metodou dotazování s technikou anonymního dotazníku. Získaná data byla vyhodnocena do popisné statistiky v programu MC Excel a pro statistické otestování dvou prvních hypotéz byl použit program SPSS s technikou t-testu a pro otestování třetí hypotézy byla použita Pearson Correlation. Výzkumná otázka zjišťovala: Jaká je aktivita a informovanost studentů sociálních oborů Zdravotně sociální fakulty v dobrovolnické činnosti? Hypotéza č. 1 zkoumala, zda existuje statisticky významný rozdíl v informovanosti studentů Zdravotně sociální fakulty o dobrovolnické činnosti dle oboru studia. Tato hypotéza byla potvrzena, jelikož byl nalezen statisticky významný rozdíl. Lepší výsledky informovanosti v oblasti dobrovolnictví měl obor Rehabilitační-psychosociální péče o postižené děti, dospělé a seniory. Hypotéza č. 2 zjišťovala, zda existuje statisticky významný rozdíl v aktivitě studentů Zdravotně sociální fakulty v dobrovolnické činnosti dle oboru studia. Výsledky neukázaly statisticky významný rozdíl. Hypotéza č. 3 zkoumala, zda byl nalezen statisticky významný vliv ročníku studia na informovanost studentů. Z výsledků je patrné, že byl nalezen statisticky významný vliv ročníku studia na informovanost studentů. Výsledky výzkumu mohou sloužit jako zdroj informací pro studenty i vyučující. Studenti mohou nahlédnout, jak si vedou v aktivitě a informovanosti o dobrovolnictví v porovnání s druhým oborem. Může tak vzniknout motivace k dohledání si informací o dobrovolnictví či pokusu o zapojení se přímo jako dobrovolník. Vyučující mohou využít výsledky z názorů jednotlivých respondentů ke zlepšení informovanosti studentů. Dále tato práce může sloužit jako zdroj informací pro ty, kteří by se chtěli zapojit do dobrovolnické činnosti, ale neví nebo se bojí, jak bude tento proces probíhat. V tomto případě je zde rozepsaný "Proces zapojení dobrovolníků do dobrovolnické činnosti". Volunteering has been evolving since antiquity. Nowadays, when various associations, organizations and centres have been established to facilitate volunteering, it is very easy to participate as a volunteer in all aspects of social life. On the contrary, motivating people to volunteer is becoming increasingly difficult. This is a huge competition for volunteers. This situation is probably due to the fact that most people cannot imagine doing some selfless work. However, people often justify their lack of free time or they simply do not want to do so. However, these people do not realize that if everyone approached volunteering in this way, people's cohesion would not work in the world. A volunteer provides selflessly his /her helping hand in his /her free time to someone who needs it. The aim of this thesis was to find out to what extent volunteer activities in the field of social work are extended among students of the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences. For this thesis, a quantitative type of research with the method of questioning with the technique of anonymous questionnaire was used. The obtained data were evaluated into descriptive statistics in MC Excel and SPSS with t-test technique was used for statistical testing of the first two hypotheses and Pearson Correlation was used for testing of the third hypothesis. The research examined the question: What is the activity and awareness of the students of social fields of the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences in volunteering? Hypothesis 1 investigated whether there is a statistically significant difference in the awareness of volunteering activities by students of the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences by field of study. This hypothesis has been confirmed for a statistically significant difference has been found. Students studying Rehabilitation-Psychosocial Care for disabled children, adults and seniors were better informed in the field of volunteering. Hypothesis 2 investigated whether there is a statistically significant difference in the activity of students of the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences in volunteering by field of study. As a result, no statistically significant difference has been found. Hypothesis 3 investigated whether there was a statistically significant influence of the year of study on student awareness. The results show that a statistically significant influence of the year of study on the awareness of students has been found. Research results can serve as a source of information for students and teachers. Students can see how they are doing in the activity and awareness of volunteering compared to the second field of study. This may create a motivation to seek out information about volunteering or attempt to participate directly as a volunteer. Teachers can use the results from the opinions of individual respondents to improve students' awareness. Furthermore, this work can serve as a source of information for those who would like to engage in volunteering, but do not know or are afraid of how this process will proceed.
