Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi využití zážitkově pedagogického učení u klientek výchovného ústavu, jakož to jednoho z typů školských zařízení pro výkon ústavní a ochranné výchovy. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena na čtyři kapitoly. První kapitola se zabývá legislativním rámcem ústavní výchovy v České republice a dělením na jednotlivé typy školských zařízení pro výkon ústavní a ochranné výchovy. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na poruchy chování, jejich charakteristiku a dělení. Ve třetí kapitole je popsána reedukace a resocializace, jako cíl veškerých převýchovných procesů. Poslední kapitola definuje zážitkově pedagogické učení. Praktická část bakalářské práce popisuje tvorbu, organizaci, realizaci a vyhodnocení víkendového pobytu pro skupinu klientek výchovného ústavu založeného na principech zážitkově pedagogického učení. Výsledkem je zpracovaný metodický materiál, který je možné využívat k přípravě a organizaci dalších podobných pobytů. Zpracování výzkumné části bakalářské práce proběhlo na základě kvalitativního typu výzkumu, metody dotazování, techniky pozorování, polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s vybranými klientkami a sekundární analýze dat. Závěr práce se zabývá vhodností využití metod zážitkově pedagogického učení u víkendových pobytů pro klientky výchovného ústavu a o pozitivech a negativech, které přináší realizace takovéhoto typu pobytu. Jelikož se na tvorbě, organizaci, realizaci a vyhodnocení podobných pobytů pravidelně podílím jako vychovatel pracující již delší dobu v zařízení pro výkon ústavní a ochranné výchovy, dovolím si tvrdit, že výsledek výzkumného šetření je převážně pozitivní. The bachelor thesis with potential possibilities of using pedagogical learning for clients in the educational institution may be one of the different school facilities for the performance of institutional and protective education. Regarding the creators, organization, search and evaluation of stays, who have a share in who has a chance, it can be stored in the institution for the performance of institutional and protective education, dare to say that the result of the research is significantly positive. The theoretical part is presented in four chapters. The first chapter presenting legislative framework of institutional care in the Czech Republic and the division into other types of school facilities for institutional and protective care. The second chapter focuses on behavioral disorders, their characteristics and division. The third chapter describes re-education and re-socialization programs as the solution of available transferred processes. The last chapter focus on experiential learning. Practical part of bachelor thesis describe creating, organization, searching and evaluation of weekend stay for group of clients from educational institute based on principle of experiential pedagogical learning. The result is a processed methodological material which can be possible to use as a prepare and organize other important stays. Practical part of bachelor thesis was created based on qualitative type of research strategy, questioning methods, observation techniques, semi-structured interviews with selected clients and secondary data analysis. At the end of the thesis we describing use the method of experiential learning during weekend stays for clients in the educational institution and about the positive and negative outcome, which can come with realize this type of stay.
