Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice peripartálního život ohrožujícího krvácení, které je vedoucí příčinou mateřské úmrtnosti jak v zemích rozvojových, tak i v hospodářsky rozvinutých zemích světa. Práce je koncipovaná jako teoreticko-praktická. Cílem teoretické části je jednak představit publikované poznatky o prevenci, příčinách, rizikových faktorech, diagnostice a terapii peripartálního život ohrožujícího krvácení a dále poukázat na důležitou roli porodní asistentky ve všech těchto aspektech. V rámci teoretické části je zahrnuta kapitola, která se zaměřuje na trénink porodnického týmu prostřednictvím simulací peripartálního krvácení, zejména otázkou jejich efektivity a frekvence opakování. Ze studií, které se simulacím věnují vyplývá, že příliš často se do simulací nezahrnují porodní asistentky. Z toho důvodu je k bakalářské práci přidané video, které vytvořily studentky porodní asistentce ve spolupráci s porodními asistentkami a lékaři, které ukazuje především neodkladné kroky porodní asistentky v případě rozvoje postpartálního krvácení. Video by mělo sloužit jako edukační materiál porodním asistentkám a studentkám této profese a usnadnit jim tak jejich přípravu na výkon budoucího povolání. Praktická část prostřednictvím kazuistiky, ukazuje zejména péči porodní asistentky o ženu s rozvojem... The bachelor thesis deals with postpartum hemorrhage which is the leading cause of maternal mortality in developing countries as well as in economically developed countries of the world. The thesis consists of two parts - a theoretical one and a practical one. The aim of the theoretical part is present published information about prevention, causes, risk factors, diagnosis and therapy of postpartum hemorrhage and especially to show the important role of midwife in all these aspects. The theoretical part includes a chapter focusing on simulation postpartum hemorrhage especially the question of effectiveness of simulations and repetition frequency. Studies that deal with simulations suggest that midwives are not often included in simulations. For this reason, the bachelor thesis contains a video created by midwifery students, midwives and doctors. The video shows urgent action of a midwife in the case of postpartum hemorrhage. The video should serve as an educational material for midwives and midwifery students. This video should also facilitate the preparation for their future profession. The practical part, case study, shows especially the midwife's care of a woman with postpartum hemorrhage.
