[cze][eng] Syndrom CAN považujeme za rizikový faktor rozvoje závislosti. Užívání návykových látek patří mezi strategie zvládání obtížných životních situací a řada studií potvrzuje, že osoby, kterým bylo v dětství ubližováno, drogy užívají častěji. Cílem bakalářské práce je nastínit vztah mezi syndromem CAN a rozvojem závislosti a definovat méně známé formy syndromu CAN. Dalším cílem je zjistit subjektivně vnímanou souvislost mezi syndromem CAN a rozvojem závislosti a definovat roli užívání návykových látek v kontextu ubližování v dětství. V souladu s cílem výzkumu jsem zformulovala následující výzkumné otázky. S jakými formami syndromu CAN se klienti setkali? Jakou funkci zaujímalo užívání návykových látek v souvislosti se syndromem CAN? Výzkum byl realizován prostřednictvím kazuistické studie tří klientů terapeutické komunity, kteří zažili různé formy syndromu CAN. Výsledkem práce je zjištění, že všichni uvedení klienti vnímají výše uvedenou souvislost. Užívání návykových látek jim pomohlo zařadit se do kolektivu vrstevníků, zapomenout na nepříjemné zážitky a zvýšit sebevědomí. Dále vedlo ke zlepšení komunikačních dovedností, snížení strachu, dodání odvahy k obraně a oslabení vnímání nepříznivých událostí. Návykové látky také zaujímaly funkci sebedestruktivního chování. Výsledky mohou být využity k doplnění...Child abuse & neglect we consider as a risk factor of addiction development. The use of addictive substances belongs to a strategy to deal with difficult life situations and many studies confirm that those people who was abused in childhood show more frequent use of drugs. The aim of Bachelor thesis is to outline the relationship between child abuse & neglect and development of addiction and describe less known forms of child abuse & neglect. The other goal includes finding out subjectively perceived relationship between child abuse & neglect and developmental addiction with a certain factor abuse pattern in the context of childhood harm. The following research questions were formulated in connection with the research. What forms of child abuse & neglect did clients encounter? What is the role of substance abuse in relation to child abuse & neglect? The research was conducted through a case study of three clients of the therapeutic community who experienced various forms of child abuse & neglect. The result of the work is to determine that all of the clients perceive the connection. Drug usage has helped them to join their collective peers, forget about unpleasant experiences and increase self-esteem.
