Project solute scratch indentation especially from point of view acoustic emission signal. Signal of acoustic emission is sensing during measurement from holder of indentor at scratch tester from reason evaluation adhesion of thin films to the basic material. The previous measurement show, what signal of acoustic emission reflect much more information and not corresponding only with failures with exposure of substrate. Emission of acoustic signal is influenced by very much parameters of all systém thin film – substrate. Very important parameters are not only kvality but also type of thin film, type of substrate, properties of basic material, preparing of basic material before deposition process. Creation of acoustic emission signal can be influenced by technological process of creation of thin films, subprocesses during deposition of thin films and degradation process of thin films after deposition. Projekt řeší problematiku vrypové indentace zejména z pohledu akusticko emisního signálu.Signál akustické emise je snímán během měření od držáčku indentoru při vrypové indentaci z důvodu hodnocení adheze tenkých vrstev k základnímu materiálu. Ukázalo se v předchozích měření, že signál akustické emise odráží mnohem více informací a neodpovídá pouze odtržení tenké vrstvy od základního materiálu. Uvolnění signálu akustické emise je ovlivněno celou řadou parametrů celého systému tenká vrstva - substrát. Jedním z velice důležitých parametrů je nejen kvalita, ale i charakter tenké vrstvy, druh základního materiálu, jeho vlastnosti, příprava základního materiálu před deposičním procesem. Vznik akusticko emisního signálu může ovlivnit i druh technologického procesu, pobíhající subprocesy během deposičního procesu a případná degradace po deposičním procesu.
