Diplomová práce se zabývá integračním a genderovým aspektem etiopské migrace do České republiky. Důraz je kladen zejména na integraci Etiopanů v jednotlivých integračních dimenzích a na genderově podmíněné odlišnosti mužů a žen v rámci migračního procesu. Pro účely práce byl využit kvalitativní výzkum, konkrétně strukturované rozhovory s otevřenými otázkami. Hlavním cílem je zjištění, zda jsou Etiopané v České republice dostatečně integrovaní a zda rozdíly, které jsou jim z hlediska genderu přiděleny, ovlivňují jejich chování rámci migračního procesu. Na závěr dochází k propojení obou aspektů a zjištění, zda jsou rámci české společnosti více integrováni etiopští muži či etiopské ženy. Klíčová s The thesis examines the integration and gender aspect of Ethiopian migration to the Czech Republic. The emphasis is particularly put on the integration of Ethiopians in individual dimensions of integration and gender based differences of men and women within the migration process. For this purpose was used the qualitative research, namely structured interviews with open questions. The main aim is finding, if the Ethiopians are sufficiently integrated in the Czech Republic and if differences, which are allocated to them from the point of view of gender, influence their behaviour within migration process.
