Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem syndromu vyhoření neboli burnout syndromu. Práce se přímo zaměřuje na znalosti studentů PF JU o problematice syndromu vyhoření. Teoretická část přináší přehled o syndromu vyhoření a jeho příznacích, fázích a průběhu. Věnuje se také prevenci onemocnění a léčbě syndromu. Praktická část je tvořena kvantitativním výzkumem, který se snaží proniknout do problematiky syndromu vyhoření a prozkoumat informovanost studentů PF JU v oborech učitelství pro mateřské školy, učitelství 1. stupně základní školy a učitelství pro 2. stupeň základní školy a učitelství pro střední školu o daném tématu. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of so-called burnout syndrome. The work directly focuses on the knowledge of the students of the Faculty of Science on the issue of he burnout syndrome. The theoretical part provides an overview of the burnout syndrome and its symptoms, phases, and development. It also deals with disease prevention and a syndrome treatment. The practical part consists of quantitative research which tries to get through the issue of the burnout syndrome and to investigate the awareness of students of the Faculty of Education in the fields of teacher training for kindergartens, primary school teachers and teachers for the second level of primary school and secondary school teachers about the topic.
