cze Abstract:
Do předoperační plicní rehabilitace patří edukace pacienta, individuálně sestavená cvičební jednotka, techniky respirační fyzioterapie, nutriční terapie a péče o emoční ladění pacienta, jeho motivaci a psychickou podporu. Při porovnání výsledků vstupního a výstupního vyšetření pacienta došlo k nejvýraznější změně v oblasti maximální síly nádechových svalů, která se zlepšila o 17,71 cmH2O.Lung transplantation is the method of treatment for patients with end-stage lung disease.
