Název: Hodnocení tělesné zdatnosti a herních dovedností u hráčů ve fotbale Cíle: Zjistit vzájemné vztahy a rozdíly mezi aktuální úrovní tělesného složení, tělesné zdatnosti a specifických fotbalových dovedností u fotbalových hráčů klubu ABC Braník ve věku 7 a 8 let. Metody: Hlavní vybranou metodou výzkumu bylo pozorování - měření a testování. Výzkumný soubor zahrnoval dohromady 31 fotbalových hráčů - 15 hráčů z týmu ABC Braník U8 (průměrný věk 8,3 ± 0,3 roku a 16 hráčů z týmu ABC Braník U7 (průměrný věk 6,9 ± 0,4 roku). Tělesná zdatnost byla testována pomocí standardizované testové baterie Unifittest 6-60, specifické fotbalové dovednosti byly testovány podle manuálu z internetové stránky ProFutbalAnalytics.cz. Výsledky: V oblasti tělesné zdatnosti dosáhli starší hráči (U8) nadprůměrného skóre a mladší hráči (U7) průměrného skóre. Z týmu U8 celkově 9 z 15, tedy 60 % jedinců, zaznamenalo minimálně nadprůměrné výsledky v testech zdatnosti. V týmu U7 pouze 7 z 16, tedy 44 % jedinců, spadá svými výkony dle norem mezi nadprůměrné. Míra asociace mezi herními dovednostmi a tělesnou zdatností byla nízká. Při bližším zkoumání jsme zjistili střední korelaci mezi ukazatelem tělesné zdatnosti "člunkový běh" a ukazateli herních dovedností "žonglování" a "vedení míče" (r = 0,52 - 0,58). Title: Assessment physical fitness and game skills in soccer players Objectives: To find out the relationships and differences between actual levels of body composition, physical fitness and specific football skills of football players at ABC Braník aged 7 and 8 years. Methods: The main research method chosen was observation - measurement and testing. The research group included a total of 31 football players - 15 players from the ABC Braník U8 team (average age 8.3 ± 0.3 years and 16 players from ABC Braník U7 team (mean age 6.9 ± 0.4 years). tested with the Unifittest 6-60 standardized test battery, specific football skills have been tested according to the ProFutbalAnalytics.com manual.
