Hlavní myšlenkou a posláním této bakalářské práce je přiblížit a objasnit způsoby nácviku a rozvoje sociálních dovedností soběstačnosti a sebeobsluhy u osob s kombinovaným postižením. Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat potřeby konkrétních osob s kombinovaným postižením v oblasti soběstačnosti a sebeobsluhy. Následně popsat a v praxi vyzkoušet možnosti nácviku vybraných dovedností a zhodnotit jejich dopad do běžného života lidí s kombinovaným postižením. Cíl jsem splnila pomocí kazuistik, které jsou obsažené v praktické části této práce. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je část teoretická a obsahuje několik kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá historií péče o osoby se zdravotním postižením. Druhá kapitola se věnuje zdravotnímu postižení a etiologii zdravotního postižení. Následující kapitoly se zaměřují na ucelený systém rehabilitace, sociální služby dle zákona, sociální rehabilitaci nebo na cílovou skupinu osob. Další kapitoly popisují přechod z dětství osob s kombinovaným postižením do dospělosti, dospělost, rozebírají sociální dovednosti, soběstačnost a sebeobsluhu. Poslední kapitola z teoretické části se zabývá kvalitou života osob s postižením. Praktická část bakalářské práce je vypracována formou kvalitativního šetření. V této části práce jsou popsány metody, se kterými se pracovalo, tj. metoda zúčastněného pozorování, analýza dokumentace, metoda přímé edukace a kazuistika. Práce pokračuje kazuistikami osob s kombinovaným postižením, jejich nácviků a pokroků v plnění daného cíle. Následuje diskuze a závěr bakalářské práce. Dle mého názoru je sociální rehabilitace ve velkém rozvoji, pomáhá stále více uživatelům. Dostává se do povědomí veřejnosti a využívá ji stále více osob. The main idea and mission of this bachelor thesis is to describe and clarify the ways of the training and development of the social skills, self-sufficiency and self-care of the people with combined disability. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify the needs of the particular individuals with the combined disability in the area of the self-sufficiency and self-care. Subsequently, to describe and to test in practice the possibilities of the training of the selected skills and to evaluate their impact on the daily life of the people with the combined disability. The goal was fulfilled by using of the casuistry that is included in the practical part of this thesis. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and contains several chapters. The first chapter deals with the history of the care for the people with the health disability. The second chapter deals with the health handicap and its aetiology. The following chapters focus on the comprehensive system of the rehabilitation, social services from the law perspective, social rehabilitation or target group of the individuals. The next chapters describe the transition from the childhood of the people with the combined disability to the adulthood, adulthood and deal with the social skills, self-sufficiency and self-care. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with the quality of life of the people with the handicap. The practical part of the thesis is elaborated in the form of the qualitative investigation. In this part of the thesis there are described the used methods, i.e. the method of the participating observation, analysis of the documentation, direct education and casuistry. The thesis continues with the casuistry of the people with combined disability, their training and progress towards the fulfilling of the planned goal. It is followed by the discussion and conclusion of the bachelor thesis. In my opinion, the social rehabilitation is in the great development, it is increasingly used by more and more users and it progressively gets into the general awareness.
