Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi fyzioterapie po distorzi hlezenních kloubů u fotbalistů. Věnuje se problematice poranění ligamentózního aparátu hlezenního kloubu, jeho nejčastějšími příčinami, mechanismem vzniku, následky poranění a v neposlední řadě jeho léčbou pomocí fyzioterapeutických prostředků. Prvním cílem je zmapovat možnosti fyzioterapie a navrhnout fyzioterapeutický plán. Druhým cílem je zmapovat tréninkový plán a prostředí, ve kterém se sportovci pohybují a navrhnout jeho úpravy a cvičení k prevenci úrazu. Metodika práce je prováděna formou kvalitativního výzkumu. Jako výzkumnou skupinu jsem zvolila 3 hráče fotbalového A mužstva krajského přeboru Vysočiny. Kritériem pro zařazení do výzkumu byla jednou či vícekrát prodělaná distorze hlezna. Výzkum zahrnuje vstupní polostrukturovaný rozhovor, kineziologické vyšetření a analýzu získaných dat. Výsledky jsou zpracovány ve formě kazuistik, podle kterých byly následně navrhnuty a sestaveny individuální fyzioterapeutické plány. Dále proběhlo zmapování tréninkového plánu a prostředí, ve kterém se sportovci pohybují. Po provedeném rozboru jsem doporučila jejich úpravy. Bakalářskou práci lze považovat za zdroj informací o problematice distorzí hlezenních kloubů a může posloužit jako edukační materiál, jak pro laickou veřejnost, tak pro odborníky. Práce by mohla být vodítkem hlavně pro hráče fotbalu, kteří chtějí zlepšit stabilitu hlezenních kloubů a snížit tak četnost výskytu poranění. Dále může pomoct fotbalistům při změně skladby tréninkového plánu. The bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of physiotherapy after distortion of the ankle joints in football players. It deals with the issue of injuries of the ligamentous apparatus of the ankle joint, its most frequent causes, the mechanism of the injury, the consequences of the injury and, last but not least, its treatment with the use of physiotherapeutic means. The first aim is to map the possibilities of physiotherapy and to design a physiotherapeutic plan. The second aim is to map the training plan and the environment in which athletes move and to suggest its modifications and exercises preventing the injury. The methodology of the work is done in the form of qualitative research. As a research group, I chose 3 players of the football A team of the Vysočina Regional Championship. The criterion for inclusion in the research was once or multiple times suffered distortion of an ankle. The research includes a semi-structured interview, a kinesiological examination, and a data analysis. The results are processed in the form of casuistry, according to which individual physiotherapeutic plans were subsequently designed and compiled. Furthermore, a mapping of the training plan and the environment in which the athletes move was done. After the analysis, I recommended modifications of both. The bachelor thesis can be considered to be a source of information on the issue of ankle distortion and it can also serve as educational material for both the general public and professionals. The work could be a guideline for football players who want to improve the stability of their ankles and thereby reduce the frequency of injuries. In addition, it can also help footballers while changing their training schedule.
