BARNA, Alexander: Traumatologická pripravenosť zdravotníckej záchrannej služby v Českej republike a v Slovenskej republike [Diplomová práca]. Jihočeská univerzita v Českých Budějovicích.Zdravotněsociální fakulta. Vedúci záverečnej práce:Mgr. Zuzana Freitinger-Skalická, Ph.D. Hlavnou témou práce bolo priblíženie problematiky traumatologickej pripravenosti zdravotníckej záchrannej služby v Českej republike a v Slovenskej republike, problematiky mimoriadnych udalostí s hromadným postihnutím osôb a zmapovanie vedomostí a orientácie nelekárskych zdravotníckych pracovníkov záchrannej zdravotnej služby v danej problematike. Práca je rozdelená na dve hlavné časti- teoretickú a výskumnú. Teoretická časť predstavila zákonné normy, predpisy a odborné odporúčané postupy, na základe ktorých poskytovatelia záchrannej zdravotnej služby zabezpečujú svoju činnosť a krízovú pripravenosť, a to predovšetkým prostredníctvom pracovísk krízové pripravenosti. Vo výskumnej časti bol zvolený problém znalostí členov výjazdových skupín záchrannej zdravotnej služby riešený kvantitatívnou metódou - prieskumom realizovaným prostredníctvom anonymného neštandardizovaného dotazníku, ktorý bol vypracovaný zvlášť pre Českú republiku a zvlášť pre Slovenskú republiku. Zo zistených výsledkov dotazníkového šetrenia možno odvodzovať, že vedomosti členov výjazdových skupín sú na dostačujúcej úrovni, no je stále potreba zapracovať na odbornosti a znalosti niektorých skutočností týkajúcich sa traumatologickej pripravenosti. Problematické je predovšetkým zistenie nedostatkov v znalostiach, ktoré sa uplatňujú pri samotnom vykonávaní záchranných a likvidačných prác v rámci riešenia mimoriadnych udalostí. Zuzana Freitinger-Skalická, Ph.D. The main topic of this work was the introduction of the issue of trauma readiness of the emergency medical service in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, the issue of emergency events with mass casualty incidents and the mapping of the knowledge and orientation of paramedical personnel in the emergency medical services. The diploma thesis is divided into two major parts - theory and research. The theoretical part introduces legislative norms, regulations and expert recommended procedures, based on which providers of emergency health services ensure their activity and crisis readiness, especially through crisis readiness workplaces. The chosen issue in the research part was the knowledge of the members of the emergency medical services groups solved by the quantitative method - a survey carried out by means of an anonymous non-standardized questionnaire, was prepared individually for the Czech Republic and for the Slovak Republic. From the results of the questionnaire survey it can be deduced that the knowledge of the members of the emergency medical service groups is sufficient, but there is still a need to incorporate the expertise and knowledge of the trauma readiness issues. Above all, finding deficiencies in knowledge, which are used to carry out rescue and liquidation work in dealing with emergency events, is particularly problematic.
