Práce se skládá z části teoretické a části praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá poznatky o tvorbě výukových materiálů a požadavky znalostí z anatomie zvířat pro střední školy v oboru veterinářství. Z tohoto vychází praktická část práce, a to návrh učebního textu na téma Střevo - jeho stavba a funkce. Text byl následně použit při výuce odborného předmětu Anatomie a fyziologie zvířat v 1. ročníku Střední odborné školy veterinární a mechanizační v Českých Budějovicích. Učební text a jeho využití bylo zhodnoceno studenty prostřednictvím dotazníku. The thesis consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the knowledge about creation of teaching materials and requirements of knowledge of animal anatomy for secondary schools in the field of veterinary medicine. This is the basis for the practical part of the work, namely the proposal of the textbook on the topic of The Intestine - its structure and function. The text was subsequently used in teaching the subject of Animal Anatomy and Physiology in the 1st year of the Secondary Vocational School of Veterinary and Mechanical Engineering in České Budějovice. The text and its use was evaluated by the students through a questionnaire.
