Bakalářská práce na téma "Lidská důstojnost jako základ vztahu mezi sociálním pracovníkem a klientem" se zabývá vymezením pojmu lidská důstojnost a zkoumá postavení lidské důstojnosti ve vztahu sociálního pracovníka a klienta. V současném stavu jsem se zaměřila na teoretické vymezení pojmu lidské důstojnosti, jeho historickém vývoji a vymezení z pohledu náboženství a práva. Dále se zabývá vztahem sociálního pracovníka a klienta a samotnými aktéry tohoto vztahu. Cílem práce je zjistit, co si sociální pracovníci a klienti představují pod pojmem lidská důstojnost a zda li toto považují za základ vztahu mezi sociálním pracovníkem a klientem. K dosažení tohoto cíle byly stanoveny dvě výzkumné otázky, které zjišťují, co si pod pojmem lidská důstojnost představují jednotliví aktéři vztahu a zda li ji považují za základ jejich vztahu. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu, který byl proveden pomocí metody dotazování, techniky polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Zjištěné výsledky byly následně přepsány a analyzovány pomocí otevřeného kódování. Výzkumný vzorek byl tvořen dvěma výzkumnými soubory. První výzkumný soubor tvořily 4 sociální pracovnice a druhý soubor tvořili 4 senioři ze zařízení Centra sociálních služeb Staroměstská České Budějovice p. o. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že si komunikační partneři pod pojmem lidské důstojnosti představují jedinečnost každého člověka, dodržování základních práv a svobod, respektování potřeb a hodnot druhé osoby, rovné postavení, partnerství, empatii, a slušnost. Dále výzkum potvrdil, že je lidská důstojnost považována spolu s dalšími hodnotami a schopnostmi za základ vztahu mezi sociálním pracovníkem a klientem a její postavení v tomto vztahu je důležité a mělo by být oboustranně respektováno. Doufám, že tato práce rozšíří povědomí o pojmu lidské důstojnosti a její výsledky budou nápomocné pro lepší rozvoj sociální práce. The bachelor thesis "Human dignity as the foundation of relationship between social worker and klient", defines the concept of human dignity and deals with the role of human dignity within the social worker-client relationship. This thesis focuses on theoretical definition of the concept of human dignity, its history and religious and jural value. Further it deals with the social worker - client relationship and the represebtatives of both sides. The objective of this thesis is to detect the social workers and clients idea behind the concept of human dignity, and if they consider human dignity the foundation of their relationship. The field part of the thesis tells the resukts of the quality research performedby polling method and semi-structured interview technique. The information was further rewrittten and processed with open coding analysis. The research sample was made out of two subject group. The first subject group consisted of four social workers and the second subject group consisted of four seniors from the facility Centrum sociálních služeb Staroměstská p. o. Research has shown that from communication partners by the uniqueness of human dignity, respect for fundamental rights and freedoms, respect for the needs and values, equality, partnership, empathy and decency. Furthermore, research has confirmed that human dignity is considered along with other values and abilities to be the basis of the relationship between the social worker and the client, and her position in this relationship is important and should be respected. I hope that this bachelor thesis will increase the awareness of the concept of human dignity and its results will help to improve the development of social work.
