Tato práce vysvětluje, jak je motivace zaměstnanců velmi důležitou součástí dobře fungující organizace a potíže s nalezením správného motivačního programu. Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat systém motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. To je dáno dotazníky,které jsou vyplněny zaměstnanci vybrané organizace. Poté práce porovnává výsledky dotazníků s rozhovorem s vedením organizace. Nakonec jsou výsledky zhodnoceny a doporučeny návrhy na zlepšení. This work explains how an employee's motivation is a very important part of a well-functioning organization and the difficulty of finding the right motivational programme. The main aim of this thesis is to analyse the system of motivation and stimulation of employees in selected organization. This is determined by the questionnaires filled in by the employees of the selected organization. Afterwards the work compares the results of the questionnaires and interviews with the organization's management. Finally, the results are evaluated and suggestions for improvement are recommended.
