Cílem této práce je porovnat zpracování daňové evidence pro podnikatele Jaroslava Matulu, a to ve dvou vybraných programech - PUPP a Pohoda, za měsíc leden 2019. Na základě porovnávání složitosti, uživatelské příjemnosti či chybovosti obou programů následně doporučit případný přechod z programu PUPP na program Pohoda. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice v oblasti daňové evidence - předmětu, účelu, problematice vedení evidence či rozdělení daňových a nedaňových příjmů a výdajů. Praktická část je zaměřena na 2 vybrané programy, které se mezi sebou porovnávají a hodnotí se jednotlivé moduly. Metoda zpracování spočívá v porovnávání (tedy komparaci) programů, rozhovoru s účetní a pozorování účetní při práci. The thesis describes the issue linked to tax records and specifies who shall keep tax records, which conditions must be observed for keeping tax records. Additionally, the thesis explores the current law which describes these problems mainly Taxation law and Law of accounting. Tax revenue and tax expenses are next important topic. In the work there is explored which program is most suitable for a particular entrepreneur. The most widely used methodology is a comparison in which these programs are compared and the outputs where these programs are evaluated. The work also deals with the issue of filing a tax return and optimalization of tax payments. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate particular programs, their strengths and weaknesses and the selection of the most suitable program for the needs of the entrepreneur.
