Cílem této bakalářské práce je posoudit současné řízení oběžného majetku ve vybraném podniku. Nejprve tato práce charakterizuje oběžný majetek jako celek, vymezuje jeho funkce a strukturu. Dále dopodrobna rozebírá a charakterizuje hlavní tři složky oběžného majetku: zásoby, pohledávky a krátkodobý finanční majetek, a přístupy k jejich řízení. Popisuje vývoj majetkové struktury společnosti ve sledovaném období 2015-2017. Zabývá se optimální výší dodávky materiálu pro zvolený výrobek 9 mm LUGER. Zkoumá jednotlivé doby a rychlosti obratu pro vybrané složky oběžného majetku a porovnává je v letech. Dále práce pojednává o jednotlivých likviditách a čistém pracovním kapitálu. Všechny důležité ukazatele jsou na konec porovnány s konkurenční společností. The aim of this thesis is to assess the current management of current assets in the selected company. First, this thesis describes current assets as a whole, defines its functions and structure. It also characterizes in detail the three main components of current assets: inventory, receivables and short-term financial assets, and approaches to their management. It describes the development of the property structure of the company in the monitored period 2015-2017. It deals with the optimal delivery of material for the selected 9 mm LUGER product. It examines the individual times and rates of turnover for selected components of current assets and compares them in years. All important indicators are finally compared with another company.
