Diplomová práce se zabývá etickými dilematy, které sociální pracovník běžně během práce na OSPOD (Orgán sociálně-právní ochrany dětí) prožívá. Cílem práce je představení OSPOD, představení dokumentů, které s vykovávanou prací souvisejí a etické propojení se sociální prací. Cílem výzkumného šetření je zjištění nejzávažnějších etických dilemat a možnosti jejich řešení. Pro realizaci cíle je použita kvalitativní metoda výzkumu s využitím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Výzkumné šetření je provedeno na pracovišti OSPOD v Českém Krumlově. The diploma thesis deals with ethical dilemmas, which social worker ordinary experiences during his work at the OSPOD (Service for the Protection of Children's Rights). The aim of the thesis is to present OSPOD, documents which are part of this work and ethical connection with social work. The aim of the research is to identify the most serious ethical dilemmas and the possibilities how to solve them. The qualitative method of research using semistructured interviews is used to realize the aim of the thesis. The research is carried out at the OSPOD in Český Krumlov.
