Bakalářská práce se zabývá pedagogickou diagnostikou prováděnou v běžných mateřských školách, a okamžikem, kdy učitelka nabude podezření, že vývoj některého z dětí se odchyluje od normy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části bylo cílem vymezení základních pojmů týkajících se tématu práce - především pedagogická diagnostika, pedagogická komunikace. Ve výzkumné části popisuji, jak učitelky mateřských škol provádějí pedagogickou diagnostiku, a jak o případném podezření na odchylný vývoj dítěte komunikují s jeho rodiči. The bachelor thesis deals with pedagogical diagnostics carried out in common kindergartens and the moment when the teacher suspects that the development of one of the children deviates from the norm. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the research part. In the theoretical part the aim was to define the basic terms related to the topic of the work - especially pedagogical diagnostics, pedagogical communication. In the research part I describe how kindergarten teachers carry out pedagogical diagnostics and how they communicate with the parents if there is any suspicion of diverging child development.
