Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá Cochemskou praxí jako novým způsobem řešení situace dětí při rozchodu nebo rozvodu rodičů. V úvodních kapitolách je popsána historie vzniku Cochemské praxe, postupné přijímání jejích principů v Německu a v České republice. Dále je popsána multidisciplinární spolupráce jednotlivých aktérů Cochemského modelu, a to soudců, pracovníků orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, poraden pro rodinu, mediátorů, advokátů, znalců. Ve druhé části se práce zabývá postupem při realizaci Cochemské praxe na konkrétním pracovišti orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Práce se věnuje tomu, jaký je postup jednotlivých členů multidisciplinárního týmu a tím, jak na nový přístup se strany odborníků reagují rodiče. This thesis deals with Cochem practise as a new way of solving the situation of child renduring the break up or divorce of parents. The introductory chapters describe the history of Cochem practise, the gradual adoption of its principles in Germany and the Czech Republic. It also describes the multidisciplinary cooperation of individual actors of the Cochem model, namely judges, workers of social and legal protection of children, family counselors, mediators, lawyers and experts. In the second part the thesis deals with the proces of realizing Cochem practise at a specific work place of the department of autority child protection. The thesis deals with the progress of the individual members of the multidisciplinary team and with how parents respond to the new approach.
