Práce chce poukázat na možná úskalí, která souvisí s on-line komunikací (jako nástro-jem sociální práce) vedenou mezi klientem a pracovníky nízkoprahového klubu pro děti a mládež (dále jen NZDM). Tato úskalí se budou mapovat v různých oblastech: například oblasti legislativní, personální, metodické a koncepční. Cílem práce je ucelený pohled na nejzávažnější rezervy či rizika vyplývající nejen z aktuálních trendů v on-line komunikaci klientů, ale především z přístupu k tomuto typu komunikace ze strany pracovníků NZDM. Metodou bakalářské práce bude shromažďování dostupných informací k tématu, které bude doplněné průzkumem problematiky mezi pracovníky NZDM Diecézní charity Brno. The thesis would like to present possible difficulties in the matter of on-line communi-cation (as a tool of social work) led between the client and the social worker of low-threshold clubs for children and youth. These difficulties will be monitored from diffe-rent areas: for example legislative, personnel, methodological and conceptual areas. Thesis is a comprehensive view of the most serious reserves or risks arising not only from current trends in on-line communication of clients, but mainly from the approach to this type of communication by low-threshold clubs employees. The method of the bachelor thesis will be the collection of available information on the topic, which will be supplemented by a survey of issues among the staff of the low-threshold clubs within the Archdiocese caritas Brno.
